Biography: Roya Azizi is a faculty member of the California State University Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) and a faculty representative in the CSUDH Sustainability Committee. She has a doctoral degree in Policy, Planning, and Development from USC and a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from UCI. Her research focuses on Sustainable Development, Green Healthcare, Efficient Management, and Climate Justice. In addition to teaching and scholarship, she is a sustainability management consultant in Los Angeles, Orange County, and overseas and received recognition for her efforts to promote sustainable policy objectives. She is a Certified Climate Leader and serves as an AASHE Advisory Council member and a CSU Journal of Sustainability & Climate Change Editorial Board Member.
