Are you an enthusiast of cooking, gardening, needlework, quilting, or crafts?  Then visit the Friends’ Bookstore for a sale on gently used home-arts books from September 24th through October 1st.  Hardbacks are 50 cents, and paperbacks are just a quarter.  The Friends’ Bookstore, located inside Merced Library, 2100 O Street, Merced, is open in the afternoons.  Proceeds benefit the Friends of the Merced County Library.  Direct inquiries to Lynne Trautloff at 909-936-6748.
