It celebrates the life and music of Cash by faithfully recreating Cash’s biggest hits such as “Folsom Prison Blues”, “I Walk the Line”, “Ring of Fire”, etc. with strong conviction and stunning accuracy. James Garner’s Tribute to Johnny Cash incorporates historical accounts and personal anecdotes about America’s most beloved singing storyteller with the boom-chicka-boom sound of his longtime backing band, the Tennessee Three.
