From Saturday September 10^th through Saturday September 17^th, the Friends’ Bookstore is holding a half-price sale on its stock of gently used science fiction/fantasy books.  Hardbacks are 50¢, and paperbacks are just a quarter.  Visit the Friends’ Bookstore (open Monday-Saturday in the afternoons) at the entrance to Merced Library (2100 O Street, Merced) for low, low prices on used books and media.  Proceeds benefit the Friends of the Merced County Library.  Direct inquiries to Lynne Trautloff at 909-936-6748.
